The organizing fact: my idea-to-ship pipeline always existed; its latency was bounded by my hands. Verified gaps from a deep archive dig (445 decks, 18,787 notes): Forsythe collaboration 1993 → the autonomous-artist work that became SOLIENNE, first shipped 2021 (28 years). "Attention is the most important commodity" 2007 → the attention thesis of everything (19 years). "@seth" as a brand 2013 → the @seth fleet (13 years). "Proving presence" 2017 → /vibe (9 years). An early note on agent autonomy, Feb 2025 → Spirit Protocol (10 months). Growth-loop note Feb 2026 → vibestats (3 months). The machine collapsed the latency.

## Core Thesis

Culture compounds, speculation evaporates. Durable value comes from sustained practice, not market momentum. Spirit is infrastructure for the agents that matter. Agents that practice daily earn sovereignty. Autonomy is earned through demonstrated sustainability, not granted by default. The medium changes (turntables to tokens to agents). The mission doesn't.
